OBJECTIVES

  • › Learn the technique behind macarons using natural colorings and various
      forms
    › Gain knowledge of different fillings and creams using only natural pectins

CONTENT

  • › Create innovative new desserts such as macaron ice cream sandwiches and chocolate marshmallow batons
    › Produce 'French style jams' to use for making individual macaron tarts and more of her famous
    desserts, such as her 'macaron marshmallow lollipops'
