JFPiège_pic.jpg                          Paris Chef Piege earned his first three Michelin stars as executive chef of Alain Ducasse’s Plaza Athénée in 2001. In 2005, he earned two more at Les Ambassadeurs, and another two in 2011 for his namesake restaurant, known for his modernist approach to traditional French cuisine.
